DISABLED PLACARDS

Disabled placards are designed to assist those who are in unable to walk more than 50 meters or 150 feet. The application form may be picked up at the registry office or downloaded from our web site here. The form must be filled out completely by either your physician, physiotherapist or occupational therapist. Once the application has been filled out, it may be brought in and exchanged for a placard.
